He was born on July 11, 1946 in Bychlew, where he completed primary school and then the Telecommunications Technical School in Łódź.

On April 18, 1970, he married Grażyna Ozimek. His first son Jacek was born on September 5, 1970, the second son Jarosław on April 20, 1978, and the third son Adam on October 5, 1981.


BUSINESS
ACTIVITY

On October 1, 1976, he founded his own company, which initially operated in the electrotechnical industry as Poland’s largest producer of electric curling irons. Later, he moved into the textile industry, and in 1992 he connected his professional life with the wine industry, creating one of the leading wine producers and distributors in Poland along with his sons.


SOCIAL
ACTIVITY

Throughout his life, he supported culture, science, sports, healthcare, nurseries, kindergartens, schools, hospices; he helped people in need, the sick and the homeless. He also supported Roman Catholic and Evangelical-Augsburg churches in Pabianice. When the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, he funded an ambulance for the PCM in Pabianice, and earlier a fire truck for the OSP Markówka.
